Executive MBA
The program will be delivered in 20 courses of 3 credit hours
each and two project works of six credit hours each. Students are required to take minimum
of three courses every semester but not less than 20 courses in six semester spanning
three years. Each course will be delivered in 48 sessions of hour each to accomodate
delivery of two courses per day.

Project Work (6 Credits)
Project work requires and in-depth analysis of a real life business problems or cases with
proposed solutions under the dual supervision of our faculty member and the organization,
to which the problems or cases pertain. The project work is to be carried out in a group
of not more than four students. First Project work is to be covered during the break
between the end of the second semester and the beginning of third semester. The second
project work is to be covered between the end of fourth semester and the beginning of the
fifth semester.
Non-credit Courses
Depending upon the needs of the students, the institute will offer a few non-credit
courses.
Evaluation
Within the given framework of evaluation by the
Pokhara University, the Institute will try to evaluate the students' performance through
continuous system of class quizzes, assignments, exercises, mid-term tests and end term
examinations.

The BBA is an intensive three year full time academic

Before the beginning of the third year, all
students will have to undergo internship training with an organization or in-depth
assignments. The objective of the internship programme is to provide an exposure to the
students in understanding the organization work situation.

Instruction Methods
With a view to provide the students with the
basic concepts and analytical skills in decision making in different situations, the
Institute will use various techniques; i.e. lecture/discussion, cases, individual and
group exercises, business games, workshops/seminars, in-company exercises and simulation.
The medium of instruction will be English.
