Yesterday!

 Times come, when we depart
  In solitude, we cry our part
  Yesterday seemed decade
  The love we had had to fade
  When needed, I was betrayed
  By my tears, for I had shed
  Nothing but before yours.

  The nights we spent
  In sheer silence
  Looking at the gracious moon
  Didn't know that another lover, going to be doomed
  The ghostly maidens
  I felt, come down from heaven
  The black spot that was
  Reminding me of a human character
  I, who was blinded by love
  Felt like a man, later understanding
  The loosing of my head - searched for a white dove.

  Yesterday, tomorrow seemed so far away,
  While the scriptures say, the greatest distance is yesterday,
  And I waited for yesterday to fade away, 
  Waiting for time to begin from the beginning
  But later I learnt that past never leaves a man
  I signed an agreement with my past
  And started feeling proud on my part
  While HISTORY repeated itself ..........
